haha..u noe what..i just came back from a jog.. omg..miracle..miracle.. i go jog leh.. it's almost equals to a pig to jog.. but den hoh..i run like super slow loh..i run 5 rounds of stadium..the biggest round..and i'm dead.. very tired loh. plus i had a few bicuits at around 3+..den my stomach got a little pain. shldnt eat lah..if dun eat i think i'll run a bit more. not even 2.4 now loh. zz. shi bai eh.. but nvm. somemore today weather so nice. no sun at all..but got a little drizzle.. think i damn shi bai man. but nvm..it's only a start. i now very wet..ee.. lol. sweat plus rain.. yucks.. very very long nv have this feeling le. training that time..is so..yucks loh! den i now hair so long oso.. den all like stick all over my neck..i run tt time..hair keep flying..then my hair from one side go to the other side of the parting..tt feelings very weird. lol. den hoh..stadium like no one run the last track 1 loh..i like retard..but nvm. lol.
